I don’t know why, but these days I’m dreaming about Rome with my eyes wide open.
So I tried to maintain an italian atmosphere by cooking some hot smoked salmon pasta.

Returning to our salmon pasta, you don’t need too many ingredients and cooking skills.

Hot Smoked Salmon Pasta Italian Style

A delicious, easy and fast recipe of pasta
Ingredients
- 400g spaghetti or linguine
- 300g hot smoked salmon
- 1 tbsp butter
- 5 garlic cloves, sliced
- 300g crème fraîche
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- half red pepper, sliced
- half a bunch of chopped parsley leaves
- freshly grated parmesan
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- At the same time, melt the butter in a frying pan and cook the garlic for 1 minute until lightly golden.
- Stir in the crème fraîche, zest, juice, parsley and salmon.
- Season with salt and pepper and remove pan from heat.
- Drain the pasta and return to the pan.
- Add the crème fraîche mix and toss well.
- Serve immediately with grated parmesan and plenty of black pepper.
